Payment Options

  • How can I accept Benefit Plus?

    Benefit Plus facilitates the following payment methods for its partners:

    1.Payment by Benefit Plus card through our web application.
    2.Payment with a Benefit Plus voucher / voucher created by the client in advance in their benefit account.
    3.Payment by Benefit Plus card through your POS system.
    4.Payment through the Benefit Plus payment gateway through your online store (usually requires an intervention of a programmer).
    5.Payment by purchasing credit, discount coupons on the partner's website.

  • After entering the Benefit Plus card number, an error message saying "No benefits available for this vendor" appears, even though other customers use their benefit card regularly at your establishment. What should you do?

    The customer has restrictions in place at the employer's request. We recommend that the client contacts the customer hotline at +421 220 862 220.

  • What if the customer does not receive the SMS code when paying via the app or POS system?

    Ask the customer to check the phone number in the Benefit Plus app. If the customer is unsure and needs to verify the phone number listed on their BP card, please have the customer call the customer helpline at +421 220 862 220; the staff will assist them.

  • The client has made an order and the operator is trying to pay with a Benefit Plus virtual card in operation.

    The customer has already paid for the service once using the voucher created. Therefore, the Benefit Plus card is not required to pay a second time. The voucher can be found in the order history after logging in to Benefit Plus.

  • The customer has already created a voucher, is it possible to pay by virtual card at the store?

    The customer has already paid for the service once using the voucher created. Therefore, the Benefit Plus virtual card is not required to pay a second time. The voucher can be found in the order history after logging in to Benefit Plus.

  • The customer created a voucher and it doesn't show up in the order history

    The overview of created vouchers always displays the current month. If the voucher was created in a different month, you need to move the date in the search box. We recommend checking the "invoiced" box.
